General Rules (barbless hooks are the #1 cause of fines)
- ⚠ Barbless hooks required on all catch-and-release (CR) waters, plus Lake of the Prairies, Athapapuskow and Tobin lakes.

Lake Diefenbaker
- Coteau Bay (irrigation bay) closed to angling March 1 to May 14
Loch Leven
- Stocked trout limit 2 (only 1 over 43 cm), open all year; southern 150 m of lake closed Apr 1-May 31 and Oct 1-Nov 30
Cutarm Reservoir
- Closed to angling March 16 to May 5, 2026
Smoothstone Lake
- Walleye limit 1
Lac La Ronge
- Within 1 km of the river mouth closed to angling all year
