General Rules (barbless hooks are the #1 cause of fines)
- ⚠ Barbless hooks are MANDATORY in all Manitoba waters. All hooks on all your lines (in use or not) must be barbless; barbed hooks may be kept in the tackle box. Fine for using barbed hooks: $220.

Resident $13/1-day, $28/annual; Canadian $18/$43; Non-Canadian $26/$69. Annual licence valid May 1, 2026 - Apr 30, 2027.
