Rhode Island offers excellent saltwater fishing in Narragansett Bay and along the Atlantic coast. Despite being the smallest state, Rhode Island has 400 miles of coastline and is famous for striped bass, fluke, and tautog fishing. Inland freshwater fishing includes 60+ lakes and ponds offering largemouth bass, trout, and panfish. The Blackstone River provides excellent urban fishing opportunities.
