- Regulatory periods based on calendar day; trout season opens 8 a.m.
- It is unlawful to cast repeatedly into a clearly visible bass spawning nest or redd.
- Mussels/clams and paddlefish/spotted gar: closed year-round.
- Trout permit required to fish stocked trout waters (rivers/streams); special regulation areas have their own programs.
