Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CatchTales ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CatchTales is a fishing companion app that allows users to record and track fishing catches with photos, GPS location, and weather data; use voice commands; share catch photos on the Brag Board; synchronize data across devices; and fish together with friends in real-time sessions.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
• One person per account — sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Pro Version

CatchTales offers a free version with limited features and a Pro version with full access. Pro licenses are one-time purchases tied to your account and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of your catch data and photos
• By posting on the Brag Board, you grant CatchTales a non-exclusive license to display your content within the App
• Prohibited content: illegal catches, harassment, spam, or inappropriate material

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose, interfere with the services, attempt to circumvent feature restrictions, upload malicious content, or harass other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Catch conditions, weather data, and fishing predictions are for reference only.
